Domiciliary Care (Care at Home)
Our domiciliary care team supports individuals to remain safe and independent in the comfort of their own homes. We tailor care plans based on health needs, daily routines, and personal preferences.
Services Include: Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting), Medication reminders and administration, Meal prep and light domestic support, Companionship and wellbeing monitoring.
All care is provided by trained professionals, with respect for cultural and individual needs.
Supported Living
We provide adults with safe, secure accommodation and personalised daily support that promotes dignity, independence, and stability. Whether individuals live alone or in shared environments, our goal is to empower them to thrive in their own space.
Support Includes: Help with budgeting, meal preparation, and appointments, Emotional and wellbeing support, Housing guidance and tenancy support, Assistance with accessing health or social care services.
We work collaboratively with housing providers and local authorities to ensure a high standard of care and living conditions.
Supported Accommodation (16–17-Year-Olds)
Our supported accommodation service helps young people transition from care or unstable housing into independent adulthood. We create a structured, safe environment with dedicated staff who guide and support residents every step of the way.
Support Includes: 24/7 on-call availability, Support with life skills, education, and employment, Safeguarding and emotional wellbeing guidance, Personalised progression plans.
All accommodation is regularly monitored to meet local authority standards and Ofsted expectations.
Cleaning Services
Our reliable cleaning services are available for homes, supported living spaces, and care facilities. We ensure clean, hygienic environments for healthier living.
Services Include: Deep cleans and routine maintenance, End-of-tenancy cleaning, Disinfection and sanitisation, Staff trained in infection control and safe practices.
We offer one-off services or ongoing cleaning packages tailored to your needs.
